SPECIAL TERMS
Flea market is used for the sale of second-hand goods. You may also have a few new goods with you but your whole range cannot be all new goods.
RESERVATION OF TABLE SPACE
You can reserve your table space on our reservation system, with phone or on the flea market. You can pay you’re reservation on our reservation system or on our store. The reservation is not valid until you have pay for it.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge at least one week before the start of the rental period.
PRICING INSTRUCTIONS
Products are priced with bar-coded labels. You can get stickers from the flea markets info desk after you have reserved and payed your table space.
Don´t make hand written corrections to price tags. Make always a new price tag if you want to change the price. We don´t sell products without the price tag.
Products without price tag will be removed from table space and they will be placed to lost property goods. We keep lost property goods at most 2 weeks.
SALES
Get discount sign from the cash desk and we will activate the discount to our system.
Following sales over internet
You can follow your sales directly from the web. For easier following of your sales, you should describe your products with care when you are pricing them.
STARTING SALES
You can bring your sellable goods to fleamarket a day before when your sales are due to start.
monday – friday klo 17-18
saturday – sunday klo 14-15
ENDING SALES
Before you can clear out your table space, please inform our staff about it. Don’t remove price tags in the store. Non sold products must have price tag included. Leave hangers in the table space.
Any uncleaned tables spaces will be emptied by flea market. Emptying will be charged for 10€.
Clear out your table space latest one hour before closing time. Notice that next seller can start filling the table one hour before closing.
SETTLEMENT
Settlement is made by cash or directly to bank account.
Add your own bank account number to your data in reservation system.
Responsibility for sold goods
Hakunilakirppis is not liable about any faulty goods, stealing, fire damage, stolen property during the heist or water damage.
If you wan´t to insure your goods, you can do it through your insurance company.
DONATIONS TO MISSIONARY
Any goods left to table space or goods found in store premises will be kept for 14 days. After that goods will be sold for charity work.
